Management Coaching

Effective leadership and management skills are highly valuable. Using a range of techniques that start with the needs and expectations of individuals, Community Works fosters management development through tailored coaching. The result is a calibrated and cooperative process that achieves goals.

Our coaching program has three core elements. Through competency mapping, we work with managers in a confidential environment to reach a shared understanding of their current competencies and areas of practice in which they wish to improve. Professional development plans are then prepared with individuals to identify goals and the means to achieve them. Coaching and mentoring concentrates on meeting each goal through a flexible sessional approach. This enables managers to reflect on recent events in the workplace, prepare for upcoming challenges and receive practical guidance.
