Steve Fisher
Steve Fisher is the Director of Community Works. He has extensive experience in participatory training, facilitation, social animation and mediation in a wide range of community, Indigenous and cross-cultural settings. His specialised skills include international development practice, monitoring and evaluation, community development and appropriate technology.

	Maria V. Rodrigues Maria Rodrigues holds a doctorate in Applied Ethics and a BA in Psychology. She brings to clients of Community Works her knowledge and expertise in research, analysis, teaching, training and communication. Maria’s interdisciplinary research has focused on ways of building ethical understanding across racial, national, and cultural boundaries and she has developed principles for promoting social justice that apply readily to governance processes, education programs, training modules, and media productions. 	Samantha Lemmens Samantha Lemmens brings to Community Works clients her knowledge of the principles of design and experience in working across a multitude of mediums, including publication design and production, logo design, corporate identity and print design. Samantha's thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs combines with her design knowledge to provide additional desktop publishing services to clients.
